Did you know that there are more than 7,000 nerve endings on the sole of the foot?
These nerves connect & correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. They are intentionally activated during a Reflexology session.

What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is so much more than just a massage - although that is included. It’s a non-invasive manual hands on method of stimulating reflexes in the feet, hands or ears.
The technique involves finger and thumb pressure to stimulate the reflex points. Rest assured that the technique I use is gentle enough for you to fall asleep! This stimulation effectively reduces stress and tension in the body as well as encourages the body towards improved function and balance and opens the flow in blocked nerves. It also cleanses the body of accumulated toxins and assists the body’s own natural healing process.
Where does Reflexology come from?
Modern Reflexology comes from knowledge that ancient societies had in India, China as well as Egypt.
Reflexology has been practiced for over 5,000 years. Zone Therapy was brought to North America in 1913 through the research that ear, nose and throat specialist Dr. William FitzGerald conducted on pressure point therapies. In the 1930’s a Physiotherapist by the name of Eunice Ingham continued the research and Modern Reflexology was born.
What should I wear?
A Reflexology session is non-invasive, the client does not need to remove clothing during a session which can make some clients feel more at ease.
Only shoes and socks need to be removed and it is recommended to wear comfortable attire that allows access from the knees to the toes.
Having trouble deciding which session is best for you?
My recommendation is for all first time clients to book a 60-minute “Foot Reflexology” session & personalize your session from there.
