Paula Thiessen
Certified Reflexologist
My journey into Reflexology began when I started having health issues. After I had been mis-diagnosed several times, I sought out natural remedies to get to the root cause of these ailments. This eventually led me to find my true calling of helping people to heal naturally.
I love practicing Reflexology and am inspired by the results I’ve seen with my clients and their improved well being over the years.
I have had success working with clients suffering from arthritic pain, anxiety, sleep issues, digestive problems and migraines, to name a few. This treatment offers an excellent drug-free alternative to relieve tension, minimize pain and accelerate the healing process. I enjoy helping my clients to maintain their overall wellness and cope with everyday stress. I have a gentle approach and my priority is your comfort level and enjoyment. My main goal is for every client to experience the Parasympathetic state of ‘Rest & Repair’ and to walk away feeling relaxed, refreshed & rejuvenated.
In 2009 I studied and received my Certification for Reflexology in Richmond, BC through the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC). I’ve also trained with The Ancient Academy of Reflexology, based in Florida and The Canadian Reflexology School in Victoria, BC.
